What are we going to have for dinner?

Sam: Ice Cream

Steve: Mommy, are we having ice cream for dinner?

Me: Sounds good to me.

(and please never mind the creepiness of having Steve call me Mommy...it was in context...you had to be there...it's not weird...NO IT'S NOT!)

You're not going to believe this but when I as growing up, my family had ice cream and cake for dinner every Sunday night. It was a lot of fun!
And no, neither my brother nor I had any nutritional problems or obesity issues.
Thanks for reminding me of a wonderful childhood memory.
Hope you enjoyed your ice cream.
