INGREDIENTS
* 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
* 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
* 1 cup miniature marshmallows
* 1 cup flaked coconut
* 1 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut. Add sour cream and toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

Of course, Grandma was a bit crazy, so this recipe was modified a bit over the years by adding and subtracting different ingredients.

Thanks for the receipe Catherine. I'm going to make it and take it along to Xmas lunch at my Mums. I've never heard of it before but it sounds yummy!
