What happens when you invite amazing people to exchange socks

Thank you Shanna! I don't know what to say. The socks made me giggle. The quilt made me cry. It is beautiful and will fit in with our new bedroom decor perfectly. Thank you. You are an amazing woman and I am so lucky to be able to call you my friend.

No, the quilt didn't sprout legs and fingers...that's my darling husband standing behind there being oh-so-helpful.

I am so glad that it finally arrived. I had gone back and try and find what your new color scheme for the addition was and couldn't find that information so just went with my gut. Plus I was lucky enough to find several similar patterns and with it being fall and you have such pretty pictures of your trees on your farm, I figured you would like it.
Did the dragonflies fall off? I can't see them in the picture. I hope they didn't, I did those special for your boys and just ironed them on. If they did and you still have them I guess I will have to make a visit and sew them on for you. ;)
Sorry it took so darn long for your socks though. Hope they keep your toes warm this winter.

They did fall off as I was arranging the quilt for the pictures. But I scooped them right up and will sew them on as soon as I have a free moment outside of my painting hell. Thank you again. It is so lovely I just don't have the words to explain how much it means to me.

Sorry about them falling off before you even had a chance to use the quilt. If we hadn't been so busy with my parents here and packing and cleaning and trying to buy a dang house I would have gotten that done. So nice of me to send a quilt that falls apart right away, sorry about that.
I couldn't find a bigger one for the middle square for Sam. Limited in craft supplies over here.
I do know it is warm as it sure kept my legs warm when I was doing the final stiches. ;) Enjoy!
