Grandma had another stroke and is becoming more and more incoherent and incapacitated.
Remember the great used car we bought back in December?
We paid about $3000 for it. We now need $1500 to fix it.
(Oh, I'm sorry...it's actually $2300 to fix everything that needs fixed)
Now the big decision. Fix it? Find another?

About your car- I had to put in a new transmission about a WEEk after I bought my New-To-Me car, and it was hell, I think that depending on what it is you're having to get fixed would determine how much it's worth to fix. (Did that make sense?) My hubby and BIL are both in the car business (fixing) so if you let me know what it is, I can ask them and get back to you...
