only you Cathy....

LOL

Chuckle.

Chortle.

Snort (that would be the Diet Dr. Pepper going up my nose).

And I think the little chinchilla is very cute.

HA! Oh my goodness, Catherine, I just visited Sam's blog...I LOVE LOVE LOVE that picture of the three of you at Christmas! That is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! Is Steve wearing the Jackson's Angels bracelt? How cool?

I know you get tired of people thinking it was YOUR fault your kid died. I always want to shout, when someone says something about me not taking vitamins, or asking if it's genetic, "It can happen to you, too!" The next thing you know your kid will be pooping in a bag! But I don't, because I want to be nice about it.

Usually I do use it as an opportunity to teach others, but the other day it just hit me wrong.

Seriously those pictures of you guys are SO good. And I think you deserve a happy, healthy little sibling for Sam just as much as the next person.

Don't give up. Don't ever give up.

OOOOOOOOOOH the one of him looking out the train window is SO cute. There's just so much light in him.

Did you guys get a chance to take pictures of Alex, or did you not want to? I saw the drawing on his site. Who did that? It's wonderful.

The bracelet is actually a bracelet we had made for Alex...same company as made Jackson's bracelets.
We have three Polaroids of Alex...I wish I had been in a frame of mind to request pictures be taken. I wish I had been in a frame of mind to have done a lot of things.
The portrait was drawn by Dana...portraitsbydana.com. She takes your photos, smoothes out the harsher parts, and voila! She did an amazing job for us...and seeing the portrait of Alex made us see how very much like Sam he looked.

Mom

My mom insisted on living independently. She wanted to live in the two-story house she and my dad built in the 70s, despite the fact that da...
