Not your fault either.
People have stuff in there bucket because the whole range of life, death and every other good bad and ugly thing happens to them.
If people want to put some of your stuff in their bucket, let them. Friends and family are supposed to be there to celebrate when times are good and to console and comfort when times are bad. When you can handle sharing some of the crap that is in someone else's bucket you will. You probably do already, you just don't realize it.
